We’re hiring! The Alaska Cat Café is on the lookout for cat-loving, coffee-slinging superstars to join our fun, fast-paced, and totally unique café experience. We’re currently hiring for two purrfect positions:
☕ Experienced Barista – Starting at $17+/hour (DOE)
We’re seeking skilled baristas with prior coffee and food service experience. You must have a current food handler’s card and be comfortable working in a high-energy environment. If you know your way around an espresso machine and thrive in a customer-focused space — we want to meet you!
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year barista experience
- Food handler’s card
- Reliable, friendly, and ready to work in a cat-adjacent café (don’t worry, drinks stay in the café!)
🐱 Cat Lounge Host (aka Cat Concierge) – Starting at $14/hour
Our Cat Concierge team helps guests enjoy their time in our cozy cat lounge — assisting with check-ins, monitoring the space, tidying as needed, and most importantly, making sure our rescue cats and human visitors are both happy and safe. No experience required — just a love for animals and good people skills!
